Someone offered me his sharemystage ticket or VIP package for sale, can I use it?
All tickets and VIP experience services from sharemystage are for personal use only. Access to the event will only be granted against presentation of a valid photo ID to the person named on the ticket.
I can not join the event, is it possible to cancel or refund my VIP package?
Sharemystage tickets and VIP experience services are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my ticket for another event or VIP package instead of a refund?
No, that is not possible. All events have a limited number of tickets and it is not possible to join another event instead.
I want to purchase a ticket for someone else
It is possible to buy tickets for another person, but you already have to fill in the name during order process as „name of the ticketholder“. All tickets are non-transferable and name edits cannot be made after the order has been placed.
I have placed an order but didn´t get a confirmation
Order confirmations will be sent out by e-mail within 5 days. Please check your spam-folder, if our e-mail confirmation has arrived there. If you don´t receive a confirmation after 5 days, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your full name and data of the event.
I have received an order confirmation, but where is my ticket?
First you only receive an order confirmation. After we received your full payment, we will send out the ticket by separate e-mail. It can take a few days until we can verify your payment. If you haven´t received your ticket 10 days after you made your payment please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and data of the event.
I have received my ticket, but where is my check-in information?
Check-in information for the event will be e-mailed out latest three days prior to the event. You can also find check-in information on our website at www.sharemystage.com/events
Can I combine different VIP packages for the same event?
You can attend different VIP packages at the same date, they are taking place after each other. Please make sure to be there at the earliest check-in time of your packages so that we can check you in for the full day.
Is it possible to buy a VIP package without a concert ticket?
No, you can only join the vip experience when you have a concert ticket.
I already bought a normal concert ticket, can I buy a VIP package seperatly?
Yes, it is possible to upgrade your normal ticket to a VIP package. Please choose „Upgrade tickets“ while ordering.
Can I buy VIP packages at the venue?
If VIP packages are not sold out for your event, you can also buy them at the venue on the date of the event. Based on availability we also sell last minute packages in case some ticketholder are not coming. We only accept cash at the venue. Please make sure to bring your valid photo ID. We can not take reservations for rest tickets at the venue.
My VIP package includes merchandise, when will I receive it?
You will receive your merchandise at the VIP check-in or during the VIP event.
Can I buy the VIP merchandise or get replacement after it is stolen, lost or damaged?
Please immediatly check if your merchandise has any defects. We can not replace it or sell you more merchandise, as all merchandise is especially designed and limited for your event.
I have a gift for the artist, can I bring it to the venue?
Please be aware that you may not bring possibly dangerous goods into the venue. You can hand over gifts to our concierge at the check-in desk. We will collect any gifts and give them to the artists after the show. Please make sure to mark your present with a name in case it is for a special member of a band.
Do I get a professional photo of my VIP event?
Yes, we are taking pictures during the event and upload them on our website 72h post the event.
I have a handicap or need special support, can I attend the VIP experience?
Yes you can attend the VIP experience. Please make sure to contact email@example.com right after ordering to let us know if you have a wheelchair or need special support.
